With widespread i wasn't only reffering to comments, i'm aware it's not the most accurate thing to base it on as many people also delete such types of comments, though this is the first time i've personally seen such comments in block

Other things i've observed are the responses in anime series discussion "is Frieren good" vs "is FMA good" threads, and the ratio of post types "i like it cuz... but it ok if you don't" vs "you are brainless, worthless, ecc... for not liking what i like", i saw more of the former in the FMA thread and more of the latter in the Frieren thread


As for what you mentioned in thread about people sending the creators death threats, that goes beyond toxicity and is shameful behaviour, it's unfortunately something way too common to recieve when you're in the spotlight, and sometimes also when not

Much agreed. I'm glad it got the recognition it deserved. Don't think it'll go much higher but it did pretty well, even surprised me. Good to see we're on the same page. I mean, we're the majority so it's no surprise we agree but that guy is definitely something else. It's one thing if you don't like the story it tells, but this guy even sh*t on it's animation and music style and quality, lol. Super weird.

He did unblock me after i sent him another message thanks to a friend of mine. I left it off, though. My guy's wearing blinkers and can't agree on anything other than his opinions which are just plain wrong. I won't bother with him again. It's pointless.

Where would you put Blue Lock compared to Haikyuu and Kuroko? We gave similar ratings to both series, and I also really like Haikyuu. I haven't been watching a quality Team Sport anime for a while, and am pretty hype for Blue Lock.

In that I agree for sure, though again, it was technically within the guidelines (you can talk about the subject, as long as you aren't flaming the subject in hand, and in my case, I was just talking about how it was being used). The important part was for it not to be outside the anime/manga spectrum being discussed, it's not like people cannot refer to those topics as part of a discussion about a given work with said elements, after all.

Anyway, you are right about being pointless to argue about it at this point. So I also rest my case here.
The post being deleted on itself is technically my lost by default, since I was the one having fun with it, but hey lol

Btw, I know it isn't in my description, but I usually only discuss in threads or PMs about stuff. Not a big fan of interrupting visitor comments with a long winded discussions of this sort (with few exceptions), as it's more fitting for small talk imo. For that reason, I deleted the previous ones (though I printed them if you still want your comments) you sent, but I'll leave this last one be. as a one-off small talk.

Well, you guessed wrong as is, that's not even the thing I was flagged for.

I dedicated an entire section of the introduction to talk about this anyway. The fact it was deleted may not change, but the fact it was wrongfully deleted is quite apparent. I blame myself for the title being too specific personally, since 90% of the people spamming the thread with one liners and report comments didn't read shit lol.
