'Ao no Exorcist' Gets New Anime Series 442pp

Jump SQ. began serializing the action fantasy manga in April 2009. Shueisha published the 28th volume on November 4. Ao no Exorcist has a cumulative 25 million copies of its volumes in circulation.

The Ao no Exorcist Movie (Blue Exorcist The Movie) side story anime movie opened in Japan in December 2012.

The original video anime episode in April and October 2017.

VIZ Media licensed the manga in English in November 2010 and released the 27th volume on May 3. The company and Shueisha's Manga Plus platform simulpublishes the chapters in English.

Teaser is good actually, I recently developed my interested in 'Blue Exorcist'. Reviews are good so I'll watch it.

I really hope this continues adapting the manga, and isn't a reboot or original story. The anime is behind enough as it is.

I’m hoping for a reboot. The first & second seasons were complete ass. And this is coming from someone who thought the manga was pretty good.

It's been years since the second season came out. I had a horrible time watching the first season and there's no way I'll be watching this. I feel sorry for everyone who will honestly.

Blue exorcist season 2 was really good. But i didn't like first season especially the latter half (even dropped that half way, before continuing again).
Hope this adaptation is faithful to manga and atleast eventually adapt the newer content instead of some crappy original

That's cool and all. But Twinstar Exorcists is the anime that really needs a new anime series, as the anime is such a poor adaptation of the manga, with a filler ending. The manga has 100+ chapters now. Blue Exorcist could've just gotten a third season instead (didn't like the second season myself). But if this new anime series really is a remake, then keep those anime remakes coming.
