Original anime (without manga/game/novel as source material)
- 11-13 episodes long,
- without a second season (looking at you, Panty and Stocking),
- without a sequel movie released (looking at you, Madoka Magica),
- without a sequel manga I know about (looking at you, ID:Invaded),
- not standalone side stories in a bigger franchise that can be watched separately (looking at you, MSG: The 08th MS Team),
- specials and retellings are not counted unless they are episodes (this is why I removed Kamichu).

I'm dropping all the series I found here so you can scout the less highly rated ones too. I feel bad only including the highest rated ones in this list:
