I just cannot take this show seriously man, the premise is ridiculous, from the lack of capable adults, to the lack of teachers, to the lack of any police officers, to how many freaking gang highschoolers are in those towns man there can't be that many. Windbreaker's characters are walking tropes and the plot is just ridiculous. Why are highschool kids talking about philoshophy and sending feelings through punches? It doesn't make any sense. How hasn't any of these kids died yet? Also this is a minor detail but I don't get if this is supposed to be a somewhat realistic depiction or some of them just have superpowers, kicks will send guys trough walls, they'll send them flying 3 meters and the worst offender is how everyone of these guys can just straight up block and parry baseball freaking bats. You can not do that shit all of them should have ended up with broken arms after the first hit unable to do any more of this fuckery.
In conclusion, do not watch this for any crumb of plot or good characters, just turn your brain off and enjoy the fights, they're great, music is decent too, anything else? Sucks really. If you can do that it's a good watch for what it is.
