Well i am not forum mod, so i am not 100% sure. Most likely because, link to sites and streaming sites are to mostly illegal websites. Since most free streaming websites i am aware of holds content by illegal means, a.k.a. pirating. And that could have website staff get into legal problems, so they tend to avoid that. Tho there is no rule against sharing this type of info or asking for it in private messages or comments, at least as far as i know.
