Considering the plot and the goal of the story, we know that every episode is all about emotional bonds. Life, death, love, family. I guarantee you'll cry at least once every couple of episodes if you've even lost family or a loved one. The writing, animation voice action are all top-notch and the music is fantastic. Yes, it tugs at your emotions but we expect that. It's a novel concept for an anime - or at least one I have not seen before now. Sure, it's a serious topic - one's mortality and what to do when you know exactly when your time is up. "The time is gone, the song is over, thought I'd something more to say" really applies here. What does she have to say and can it save her?
