Both are by Sakisaka Io, so the mangas have the same feel to it and the story is also quite similar where the girl falls for a guy who is unable to return her feelings and there is also the relationships of other characters.
It happens to have the same author and mangaka which makes them look similar since they are in the same art style but it also has the same feel to it. Both are full of soft romance that just warms your heart. And you can't help but love all the characters and for them to come out happy in the end. Both are shojo mangas and are therefor similar in that way too.
