Both shows focus on "heroes", they are both light hearted comedies that don't take themselves seriously. Both shows have great sense humour, To Be Hero being slight more crass. They both have good animation, great character designs & amazing OST's.
Both the main characters are dumb and are super hero and have same comedic athmosphere. Both the main characters character that makes you laugh.
Both have a unique superhero mc, wacky comedy, and wacky alien bad guys.
One Punch Man is definitely the first anime somebody may think of when trying to compare To Be Hero with something. Both are parodies of the superhero genre, both have a very powerful main characters, both have a cast of zany and eccentric characters, and both have some cool fight scenes.
Both are comedies to do with an overpowered person with an odd appearance.
The main character of both series are perceived as invincible superheroes but is struggling with other aspects of their life - Saitama with his boredom and Ossan with the recognition of his daughter. Both series makes full use of their ridiculous slapstick humour but can also surprise the audience with its juxtaposition of comedic with serious and emotional scenes.
