Both anime have similliar feel, how they empasize deep meaning of both life, and relationship. not to mention they have a lot of same seiyu. The ending song both sung by Suneohair. If you like arakawa, surely you'll love honey and clover and vice versa.
The feel is the exact same. It's a sort of coming of age (more so in honey and clover) with romance and outlandish silly comedy sprinkled throughout. Characters in both series are also very similar in a sense and both sets are extremely strong, being the driving force behind their series. Hoshi=Morita as well, they're both insanely hilarious both surprisingly have something else to them both and are both good at their craft although Hoshi uses his to tease Ric to no end. All in all I feel that even though not many people recommend this being similar to Honey and read more
