No anime can be perfect but these are special, leaving an immense impact on me.
I prefer rewatching these over watching new anime.

Also makes my favourites, but not as impactful as the 10s.
I do rewatch amazing moments from these shows.

Loved a lot of things but had few flaws. Still, pretty memorable.
