Hellooooo! Thank you so much for taking the time to give me your recommendations! I haven't had enough free time lately to watch a lot (except for a few episodes of Ayakashi which I absolutely have enjoyed so far) but I'm excited about them nonetheless!

Oddly enough, I've heard about the sequel for Ayakashi before since an anime club that I'm a part of had streamed it in their discord server. I wasn't able to the streams but I loved the art style so I just had to check this one out first! Just like how you described, the style is refreshing and the overall atmosphere is just my vibe. I'm only a few episodes in but it's been on my mind almost everyday lol.

I'm actually surprised Shiki wasn't in my PTW list cause I've heard it mentioned a few times in different circles but I'm really glad you added that one since it does seem like it'll be good. And, lastly, Ajin has never crossed my radar before I believe which really had me excited! You also recommended it to the right person cause the CGI animation doesn't bother me at all especially with how highly you spoke about it and with how interesting the trailer for it is!

I just wanted to say thanks—you were my Secret Santa this year, and I really loved your recommendations! I’ve already watched Josee, the Tiger and the Fish and Link Click, and they were both fantastic.

I’ve been completely obsessed with Link Click—I’m already caught up! The storytelling and emotional depth are incredible; it made me cry so much, but I couldn’t stop watching. Josee was so heartfelt too; I really enjoyed the visuals and touching story.

I’ll definitely check out Baby Steps when I have the chance. Thanks again for the amazing recs, and I hope you have a wonderful year ahead. <3
