Full Metal Panic! (TV series, + OVA)
Eureka Seven
Gunbuster (aka Top wo Nerae) both 1 and 2 though 1 is just as old as you
Heroic Age
Neon Genesis Evangelion (classic of all mecha anime)
RahXephon (my fav)

if you liked Bleach, try Busou Renkin
