I've been a fan of anime since the 90s starting with Dragonball and Visions of Escaflowne, and consuming the Cartoon Networks Toonami anime time block.

Eventually (late 2000s, early 2010s) I discovered fansubs and for the past decade have tried to watch every good anime to come out. I episode 1 of every show I can find at the start of a new season, drop the ones that seem bad and continue the ones that make the cut.

For the past couple years I've been averaging 20-25 shows a season and have watched over 600 different series to completion. Of those, I've only rated 26 as 10/10 perfect shows, but overall I'm fairly generous with ratings as long as they provide enjoyment.
