I categorise them like there should be two mandatory sci fi shows eg, GITS and NGE in anime, Eden it's an endless world and 20th CB in manga, World on a Wire and Alien in Movies, Muv Luv Unlimited and The Silver Case in VN, Then at least one or two romance media, One Samurai media is mandatory, One dark comedy, One fun adventure, and One or Two crime dramas or with the undertone in every media like Gungrave & GITS SAC in anime, Phantom of Inferno & Grisaia in VN, Gunslinger Girl & Eden it's an endless world in manga, Baccano & Kara no Kyoukai in LN, La Femme Nikita & Sopranos in TV series, and Red Dragon & Three policemen in Literature.

It's fairly easy i just search "Games that are similar to this and that anime". I do that with other medias too. U can use something like Chat GPT or Google to find something with similar themes. Sometimes I search something like recommend me a Visual Novel similar to RahXephon then I found Ever 17 (Amazing VN, I honestly knew about the VN but i never gave it a try before until I searched more about it)

I don't that well about favourite moments or anything like that but I can tell u one interesting thing about most of my favourites in every media. I select or choose my favourites based on varying genre matching it with my anime and manga list. Like for example I really like Welcome to the NHK it's in my top 10 anime then getting influenced by that I searched for games tad bit similar to NHK with comedy and stuff then I found Catherine: Full Body, I fully completed it then added it into one of my favourite video games of all time. Another one is Samurai and Historical genre, I love samurai stuff that's why each and every media I like have Samurai media in my favourites. Rurouni Kenshin Tsuioku Hen in Fav Anime, Shigurui in Fav Manga, Ghost of Tsushima and Onimusha 3 in video games, Hakuouki in Visual Novels, Musashi in Literature and Ran in Movies lol
