I quite literally just watched the movie in the cinema several hours ago, in the case of Neia... She's just as adorable and as lovable as I hoped she'd be 😭

Thanks! Since I read the Sacred Kingdom Arc, Neia has quickly become one of my favourite characters in Overlord and certainly the best in the arc!

I haven't gotten around to watching the Sacred Kingdom movie yet, but I hope she's as good as she is in the LN.

Of course, I'll it some of the shows mentioned are comfort shows for me, Bocchi, Lucky Star, and Yuru Yuri specifically. The characters in these three shows make it for me. I wouldn't say they are the best shows ever made, but I really enjoy them. ^_^

The Monogatari series is one of my favorites for other reasons though. A big part of it is the seiyuu work, and the entire series has a lot of my favorite seiyuus. The soundtracks throughout the years have been staples for me. I've come to love Studio Shaft's style of animation as well. I could ramble about Monogatari for a while, but I can understand not getting hooked on it.

Lain is a bit more personal for me, and I won't go into crazy detail, but it is kind of right up my alley in of avant-garde anime. I don't watch a ton of the genre but I did come to love Lain. The aesthetic carries a bit for me too.

Yeah, my main hook is usually the music and the voices. Pretty much every anime in my favorites has some sort of audio attachment for me. I'm pretty character oriented too when I watch. All of my favorites have at least 1 character I really enjoy.
