I'll never it it but when it comes to watching anime you'd say am an masochistic optimist. I'll give pretty much everything a chance only to get disappointed and drop it few episodes later. Weird hobby watching anime is. But it's all worth it once you hit that one in a hundred hidden gem of a show which had poor score because of various reasons but is actually really good.

Special cherry on the cake is always angry fans who come to complain how utterly stupid I am for not liking the same thing they liked as if that would make any difference. For some light entertainment, feel free to look at my profile comments.

Am also an avid hater of what Japanese writers would consider "comedy characters". These usually behave in erratic and illogical ways while constantly over-reacting to things and screaming on top of their lungs as a form of humor. Worst offenders so far are:

If I could get one wish, I wouldn't wish for fortune or immortality, I'd wish for these characters to simply disappear. They are that big of a nuisance.

I saw some episodes of the 90s Dezaki Black Jack OVA and Black Jack 21 and really enjoyed them... maybe you should skip the TV series altogether and watch 21.

Hello, fellow critic. Recently, I was searching for others who were enlightened on the grace of the 'Trigun' franchise. However, I saw you had a personal distate for the Stampede season. *Sigh*... Usually, this would not offend me, to see such a well produced and influential piece of media receive such an unnecessary score by someone I perceive to be of great intellect. HOWEVER.......... stampede?! This. Is. Not. Acceptable. Clearly, you have lost a part of your mind. Well, I guess I've shown myself up to be the wiser reviewer here. Heh.

Idc if you write bad reviews, do your thing but it's obvious that your review is not sincere in the slightest so I was just curious what's the motivation behind it. Maybe you're just blind and can't see character growth even if it's presented to you on a silver plate, who knows, but it seems like you're just mad that your fav show isn't as highly rated as your review implies "Definitely not worth the highest rating of the season."

Talk about maturity. I'm not the one who writes bad reviews for shows that I don't like out of spite.

Why did you write a fake review for dangers in my heart s2? It's so obvious that you did not watch that anime. Saying that he can't talk and that there is no character growth when in ep 6 he's holding a ad-lib speech infront of the whole school is ridiculous.

The first 4 episodes of Undead Murder Farce were pretty entertaining. It wasn't the best mystery or detective drama plot I've seen, but it was fine, and the whole premise looked like it was going somewhere. Sadly, the ending to that vampire arc was just terrible. Two and a half episodes were spent on building up characters and tension, just to end it much quicker than was needed. Not to mention the awful motivation for the bad guy of the week, as well as his end. "I'm a vampire, I'm better than humans, so I killed my mom." A couple of minutes later, "I'm dead." He had no compelling motivation and was killed off too soon. No interaction with the rest of the family, no discussion, it didn't feel right. And that's where I stopped watching it, I tried the fifth episode, but it's an absolute slog, and I can't get through it. I think I watched about half of it. Damn, I can't get into any show lately. But yeah, a great review, and overall it was what I wanted to write about it.

Yeah, as of now the show is dead. After a very good first season we had a 3ep filler arc and then the fantasy/action/isekai turned into a slice of life/hentai/comedy where the jokes aren't funny. A total waste.

Your review of 'Psychic Detective Yakumo' was spot on and putting into words how I felt about that show. Browsing your anime list made me realize we might gravitate towards similar genres and so I'll check out some of the shows I don't know yet.

Hey, saw your SAO review. I pretty much agree; part one is incredibly silly and vapid, but it IS a lot of fun. However, I made the regrettable decision to also watch all of the other parts of the series. Let me just say that you made the right decision not continuing, because it only goes downhill. Every. Single. Episode.

Chainsaw should’ve definitely been 24 episodes, I thought it was going to be until it started airing. The annoying part is that they covered almost half of it in the first 12 episodes, and it would’ve been perfect in 24 instead.
