I'm soooo scared about this anime. Let me clear something first and we'll go back to this after...

This anime is so good. The plot is interesting, the character design is so good, the OST is amazing, the animation is quite decent and i want to know more and more about this story.
I love the fact that this story takes place in a futuristic dystopian place and the aesthetics remind of Cowboy bebop. I really like that.

If this was everything i had to say this anime would probably be one of my favourites of the year. But... i´m so scared.

Apparently (first of ... all, the manga is very popular right know but i have not read it yet) the manga is not completed yet. They have to publish like 3-4 more volumes, even though the animation studio has said that this show will finish with the WHOLE story, even though the manga is not finished. By the way the anime will only have 13 episodes and im wondering how are they even going to try to finish it so quickly. Are they going to create a new diffrent end for the story? Have they spoken with the mangaka to animate the end? (im pretty sure they haven't).

I dont know, im so so scared because i was enjoying the show a lot.

I guess we will have to wait to discover how everything developes and how the animation studio decide to manage this situation.

I am aware that this show is aimed at a more childish public but i am enyoing it a lot.
Im not really sure why people are rating this anime so low. I mean, it is obvious that a "man" in his mid thirties is not the main target of this anime so i personally believe there is no need to rate it so low.

Anyways, for me, it is a show really worth to watch if you enjoy idol-like shows with pretty songs.
There's not much more to explain. It is basically just that, 5 girls with magical powers who dream to become real ... witches and in order to do that they have to make people's wishes become true, but not everything is just what it seems... You will discover it if you decide to give it a chance <3

Im enjoying the character design and development, the animation is quite decent and the OST and the songs are on point.

Overall i think it is a really enjoyable show if you like this kind of plots. Give it a try !

Okay so let me clear something first... I do not recommend this anime at all. But the thing is that i dont know why, but im enjoying this show.
Its a classic romance history, focused on a girl and his 4 boy friends who APPARENTLY are all in love with her since they where youger.
Yes, as you can guess, its filled up with cliches.

The story is like many others we have watched through the years, with the beach episode, the pool episode, the main character is sick episode and the aquarium episode.
The overall animation is on the tightrope but somethings that ... creeps me out is those white and brown background people. I mean wtf is that. Was the budget so low they could only animate the 5 main characters?
I personally think that if the direction of the episodes where better this anime would be much more enjoyable, even having all these mistakes im talking about.
But something i have to speak out for is the AMAZING OST. Those piano chords just fit so well with the scenes they are placed in. Even if theres not happening much, the music makes me really emotional.

Appart form that, its just another seasonal forgettable highschool shojo but im curious who will be the partner she'll choose. I guess we will have to wait to discover it.

I personally think that if you dont give it a try, you wont be able to understand this hate-love this show is making me feel hahahaha

This is my first review ever so i am a little bit nervous hahaha. Okay here i go.
I started ZENSHU thinking it would be just another seasonal, mediocre and forgettable anime; but it is way more than that.
The plot is very simple, an isekai girl and a cute blonde boy in a wolrld with superpowers, i get that, but i promise this anime has much more to offer.
The storytelling and the character desing are very solid but the animation and the OST just makes it perfect.

If you are looking for a truly genuine anime you will never forget, maybe this one ... is not what you are looking for, if you just want to enjoy some good episodes, enjoyable fights (not too many), character developing and a very cute romance, i promise you will wnjoy ZENSHU.

I dont any kind of hate, but i understand some of the reasons im reading by people who unfortunately are not liking this anime. What i can say is that im so glad i gave it a chance cause for me, ZENSHU is one of the bests animes of the season (winter 2025).
