Belial is a founder and supreme leader of the Kisaragi Corporation, responsible for the warfare.

Daughter of the venerable Kazoku family, Belial helped her childhood friend Astaroth found Kisaragi to her, alongside Lilith, becoming head of the combat division, and gaining pyrokinesis after Lilith operated her brain multiple times. However the procedures compromised her mind and costed her memories.

Belial, alongside Astaroth, assigned Six to a exploration and conquest mission in an alternate world. She openly stated that she wanted to go on the mission herself, but it was decided with a dice and Belial had no luck.
