The Ice Kingdom of Nifl is currently at war with the Flame Kingdom of Múspell, ruled by its tyrannical king Surtr. Equipped with the legendary lance Leiptr and aided by Askr's summoner, Fjorm—Nifl's second princess—aims to defeat Surtr to put an end to the conflict. Nonetheless, no matter how serious this tale is, the heroes who reenact it provide a comical and adorable twist! With Fjorm and the Summoner performing their ultimate battle against Surtr on stage, the events of the clash are retold, bringing joy and laughter to the audience.

After once again failing to defeat Alfonse and the Summoner, Veronica—a young princess of the Emblian Empire—is left completely dispirited. To add to her misery, she loses one of her most precious tomes on the battlefield, leaving it to her loyal companion Xander to try cheering her up. Although his efforts initially end in failure, a mysterious staff he brought reveals to have magical powers, prompting Veronica to devise a scheme. She attempts another attack on Alphonse and the Summoner, using the power of the staff and her enormous Christmas spirit!

The video might be somewhat hard to follow if you haven't played the Fire Emblem Heroes game and read through the original story already, so please keep that in mind.

I believe that this did a great job of retelling the story of Book II, as it was able to highlight a lot of its major plot points. Although it did cut out a few characters that I enjoyed, it was still able to achieve a lot within 4 minutes. I thought the chibi artstyle was pretty cute, and I liked all of the characters' chibi forms. Throughout the video, none of the characters speak, and ... they use sound effects to express emotion instead. Personally, some of the sound effects felt slightly off-putting, but I understand it's for the sake of following the chibi style.

Overall, it's a nice, short video that I would recommend to people who have played through Book II of Fire Emblem Heroes before.
