Synopsis

One year after the events of Beyblade Burst GT, brothers Hikaru, and Hyuga witness the power of Superking/Sparking evolutions of Valkyrie, Ragnaruk, and Satan. The three beys radiate a power that was not even dreamable, due to their bladers pulling off a sparking launch. Hyuga and Hikaru get inspired to make their own sparking beys, Hyperion and Helios, and compete with the legendary bladers, training to best the top ranked bladers to ever touch the stadium.

Prepared to do whatever it takes to become the best, they head across the globe to challenge the best to ever let it rip, in an effort to become stronger, and battle all of the top bladers that were able to make their mark in the stadium.

Beyblade Burst overall has been kind of a mediocre show compared to other anime. in the toy based anime department it's decent, but never really tried anything. Now one thing to note, since the manga is monthly, the anime takes its own take on the major points of the manga, so although there isn't filler per say, it's just all anime canon. Beyblade Burst Sparking is the 5th season of Beyblade burst, and I believe it actually holds up really well compared to other anime outside of toy based anime for one reason alone. I'll get to that later.

Mixed Feelings
This is the best of the Beyblade Burst series (so far) but that is a pretty low bar to clear. Whilst the vast majority of this season was about the nostalgia of the previous seasons, bringing a bunch of old characters back for a second shot at glory, this series did once again provide good Beyblading action. But what really holds this show back is a one note villain who is obsessed with his own strength and twin protagonists who don’t get along even though they are both idiots, one more than the other. This series could’ve been so much better… if the writer just ...

Here we go again. It's been awhile since the last time I made a review but I decided to make a review of the 5th season though it's not really that worthy in my opinion.

Basically, the main formula for this season is the recurring or should I say the over recurring characters from previous seasons. Well, they're great and kids will just happily celebrate it with their new shiny bey, yippey. The minor part is of course the new characters that appear and maybe should take a major portion in the new season. But yeah, whatever, the decision is not mine to make to begin ...
