The Goaz pirate revenge episode.

Also, Liam should've known better. If it looked too good to be true, it probably is. I overestimated his judgment in this show at times. Is Nias going to make those poses every episode? Lol, it's starting to look like a meme. Jokes aside, Liam still did what a commander would do with his fleet.

Lol, the start with the quantum talk that confused Liam quantumly was hilarious. Phony master Yasushi’s wild imagination and Nias’s fanservice strike again! Guide manipulates Yasushi, only for the opposite of his actions to happen in the future.

Liam's dog’s soul from his previous world guiding him—such a good boy. Nias is still trying her best with her failed honey trap attempts, but Liam’s not falling for it. And the thumb one was funny from both Amagi and Nias.

Liam is so trusting, thinking the manager of the Domus Gate of the warp gate was actually a tsundere, when he was really just turning a blind eye to Liam and his forces’ slaughter. The pirates are finally dealt with—hopefully—and I’m guessing Christiana is inside this pirate island. My boi will get a female harem shortly, though Liam’s negotiation skills totally flopped.

@XArceusX You could say that Nias's honey trap worked, since Liam did buy stuff from her out of frustration shown in Ep1 and then Ep5

Good luck, he is a spoiled teenaged boy.

Blundering to victory, accidentally diverted the main pirate to the imperial fleet. They are going to be angry when they find out their base was raided while they were having a kicking from the Imperials.

@XArceusX Liam actually sending then (without knowing!) straight into the ENTIRE Imperial Fleet was just icing on the cake for this episode.

@LordCrueltyV With that balance of firepower? I doubt if anyone from Boaz's Fleet will be returning home. If he is smart, surrender would be the best option, or run in any direction as fast as you can, all ships for yourselves the only alternative. LOL

@Stark700 There working on me! ROFLMAO. Damn, between her & Amagi, which is finer? Well, one was built to his tastes so I know why he tries to ignore Nias.

@Sheol01 Surrender is literally not a option for pirates, military has a kill on sight order when it comes to pirates.

@Sheol01 He should have a substantial force in the tens of thousands against the imperials 70,000. The B team pirate fleet left behind on garrison duty had 20,000ish, so you would expect the A team to be larger, as well as having the fastest and strongest ships. Ratio against him may be around 2 to 1, plus or minus. He can push his slower ships forward, and then do an Anthony at Actium with his faster units. A rather hierarchical and bureaucratic imperial fleet, which we saw last week preferred luxury to function, is unlikely to be aggressive and bold in tactics to quickly break, overwhelm, and trap the pirates. Too much risk of dirtying the command bridges.

@LordCrueltyV Look at the screen, the Imperials clearly outnumber the pirates by a substantial number there. Plus, the remaining pirate fleet is being destroyed by Liam a few minutes later! LOL. Also, , that is a training ground for war games, etc. there are probable "Enemy" fleets of Imperials also in that area combat ready or just having to switch to kill mode. It's not look real good for them.

@Sheol01 Anyway, whatever hurt they do to each other will make it easier for our young Evil Overlord in the long run. A stroke of GENIUS pure dumb luck.

@kennynakawaki He's basically her creator, as well as her Master, so yes he can. That was established in Episode 1 I believe.

When the pirate fleet warped out where they did, that really cracked me up. Brilliantly executed strategy, Liam-sama! What, that was a coincidence? No way, you are just being humble :D

This has every tag but comedy (I mentioned “parody” last week). Pretty funny when Liam stumbled in the control room and rerouted the pirates, thinking his negotiation worked (while following a ghost dog). 🤣

@LordCrueltyV I've a feeling the pirate and Imperial fleet are going to savage each other because while the Imperial fleet out numbers the pirates it's full of green recruits.

He casually entered the gate coordinator room and fcked the pirates lmao. Misunderstanding in this anime is hilarious and awesome which really reminds of Eminence in Shadow. The soundtrack was also lit during attack on the pirates by Liam 🔥

Liam won't thumbpress Nias when he's already got Amagi.

Reminds me of the Supergate in the Stargate series.

The tollbooth operators turning a blind eye to pirates but not yielding for Liam became the pirates own undoing.

Reverse the polarity!

Now, they warped into Imperial training grounds RIP.

Rocket punch got upgraded.

I'm guessing the princess is still on the flagship or is she at the base?

And the dog is very helpful.

If the pirates teleported in front of Liam's fleet only if they were ready with such narrow corridor they might still would have been crushed if they got info. But this works too. Good action scene. Those rocket punches have quite utility. Finally the princess will be rescued. New girl for harem.

Trust me this Amagi boing scene was super important storytelling this is fire writing🔥 What do you mean I am a degenerate..

Nias didn't got boing service sad..
I can see why that fake teacher is so mad, Nias is hot. This anime has amazing waifus with amazing mc.

It's was a pretty mundane episode for them to get their ships from point A to point B.
However, it did have some funny moments with the wrap gate and the action battle at the end was nice to see as well. :}

As someone who the manga, it feels like they're padding things out unnecessarily. From what I the pirates battled Liam at his territory and Liam beat them then raided their flag ship.

Is what the anime showing being faithful to the light novel?

@Strategist0083
Came here for this. I thought it was just me. I'm up to date on the LN and was feelin very gas lighted by this episode as I don't it playing out that way. Then after being aghast by a frame that looked like it was only 30% drawn, it clicked. There was no way the Studio could afford to animate the intense space battle clash between Liam and the Pirates lord so they had to do a roundabout to reach the same conclusion.

A manga buddy just responded as I'm typing this: "I just checked manga yeah he literally baits them then goes full rambo. That pirate fight was how he gained notoriety for specializing in yolo frontal rambo assaults. None of that smart accidental redirection crap"

Maybe it...happens later...?

@LordCrueltyV Man, I just rewatched it myself. There were even more ships against the pirates than I ed. If any make it back, it would be a miracle. And Liam's Fleet would now be there, having crushed the 20,000 that were moored there. Not a good day to be a Space Pirate ( Don't forget he also killed some of his own people after they had retreated from Liam earlier also. Not sure how large the Pirate fleet actually was.

I don't read the LN but I'm checking the chapter titles constantly for volume 1. it seems they're going to cover until volume 2 for this cour? (altho 2nd volume seems ep 8-12 meaning more rushed?) is the studio doing it like what Mobseka did in S1?

I thought Liam accidentally trapped those pirates in a wormhole for a second. But I don't know if it's better or worse that he delivered them straight to the imperial army's training session!

Liam's negotiation tactics with the warp operator was pretty entertaining.

Liam got lucky with the wormhole operators leaving the command room since he was able to inadvertently re-route the pirate ships, props to the ghost dog which I'm thinking is the spirit of his old dog and is kind of acting like the anti-Guide. Also props to Nias for letting Liam use her company for credit even though Liam was able to use the wormhole on his own.

Regarding the princess from a couple of episodes back, I'm thinking that she's on the rock that Liam is going to, hopefully he can help her out even though she's been disfigured...
