Hanako hid the truth from Nene about her lifespan but he seemed to have reasons to. Quite an emotional ride for her in this and the past few episodes. I don't think she was mentally prepared for this and the mood made a 180 degree turn. |

Casually continue to love everything about the way this series handles the total emotional rollercoasters. Hits hard, but somehow it manages not to be depressing/frustrating about it. Quite incredible. (Bloody timezone DST fiddling again, as if I didn't have enough reasons to hate this time of the year...) |

Hanako locking Nene away broke my heart. He's going way too far to save her. Yes in the real world her lifespan is almost dome but locking her away in this fake painted world isn't the answer. Her tears even convinced me because it was such a sad situation. Shijima coming by to talk to Nene was unexpected but have her the opportunity to try something drastic herself. Nene for sure wasn't gonna stab Shijima with the palette knife, she just tried so desperately to get out of that cage. Tsukasa showing up was unexpected. He helped set this fake world in on motion by introducing Shijima to Mitsuba. Yet he's been mostly absent from this arc until now. Throwing both Nene and Shijima into another fake world, we're getting into inception levels of going layer beyond layer into fake drawn worlds. I was right there with Nene about what the hell about being confused by what the hell is Shijima goal in killing herself before she did it back then. Its very odd so I'm curious whay Shijima wish is. |

The plot thickens once again, we thought this was just about escaping this fake world, then it became about stopping Hanako from using it to save Nene, and now it’s about saving Shijima… from Shijima lol, I honestly don’t have the slightest clue as to why she wants to kill her living self. Best idea I have is that maybe it would prevent her from becoming a ghost or something, or maybe so it fits the rumors surrounding her because apparently they were wrong, Shijima did not kill herself after all. But even if I’m right with my guesses, I’m not sure what her reasoning is, I’m sure it’ll all be answered soon tho. I did enjoy Nene eating pancakes with the other Shijima tho, that was a very cute scene in an otherwise dark situation, I’m more of a french toast person but I do love a good pancake too, they looked extra delicious in this show’s style. And I also liked Nene being aggressive with Shijima in the prison cell, she put on a very good act there lol, she has every right to be upset about the situation, having just learned she’s gonna die and all, Hanako’s plan is also pretty crazy in just leaving Nene in this world while he leaves, but she isn’t about to take any of it sitting down, she’s definitely not your typical damsel in distress, and that’s one of the things I love about Nene. It’s looking like this arc may take us to the end of the season as this rate, if so then I’m happy with that, it has been an amazing arc, I just hope this can get us a Season 3 that doesn’t take 5 years to come out again lol. |

Oh crap, I was not expecting Nene to know about her fate at all and much less this soon, I had the same look when Nene thought that Shijima's wish was to kill herself when she was still alive haha. |

So now Nene is aware that she's going to die soon in the real world... and also now it's about Shijima trying to kill her body when she was alive, this is getting crazy |

@xX_Salah_Xx man the song is great but it's kind of sad. I can't deal with sadness, I prefer some comedy. |

Asking if Nene is descended from elephants is CRAZY 😂 Mei is great, but I wonder if there’s gonna end up being something dodgy up with her “alive” self. I don’t think Shijima wanting to kill her past self is as simple as self hate. Hananene moments galore today 😩 that kiss omg. Nice way to pay off Nene’s forehead kiss to young Hanako from the festival episode a few weeks ago. I appreciate Hanako wants to protect Nene from fate, but this isn’t the way to go about it. Y’all can find a solution together, not a one sided entrapment like this!! Hopefully we get more Kou and Mitsuba next week too. They’re gonna be the X factors surely. I’m loving this Hanako villain arc, seemed like it came out of nowhere! |

Already-dead Shijima's wish is to kill her living self... wut? Nene finding out about her reduced life span and imminent death in the most anticlimactic way possible was jokes. |

Yashiro being secretly awoken along the way back to learn the truth, though that leaves her in a state of confusion on how Hanako intends to deal with her. Sure, Hanako's his normal self, but trapping her in the fake world so that she could live longer, it seems as if that he has motives to do so. Even Shijima agrees that Hanako is doing a good thing by keeping Yashiro here and keeping her death oblivious for her lifetime, though said girl herself just couldn't quite understand what Hanako is always up to. Even for Shijima herself, who saw her own self bedridden from young, just contemplates life as is, though Tsukasa soon comes into intervention towards the two girls and set them off on their own dimension. The bedridden Shijima saving Yashiro out of trouble being the actual living person...and wanting to eat pancakes for a snack break, that's honestly sweet. But the Shijima trapped under Hanako's spell to have her wish be granted, it only spells impending disaster to come. To save Shijima, is to understand her fully... |

So Yashiro finally discovered that she doesn't have much time left on this earth but that doesn't seem to bother her, She sitll seems to want to return to her old life and I mean good on her for like the determination and stuff! Also is Hanako-Kun turning evil or something Idk it feels like they are turning him into the Villain. Maybe I'm Misinterpreting what the anime is doing or whatever tho. |
